Le Studio Parfum
The Birthplace of UULA, where Art, Science, and Imagination Breathe Life into Fragrance
UULA came to life in a small perfume laboratory called Le Studio Parfum located on a plateau overlooking the exquisite cove called Refuge Cove. The manufacturing process requires our fragrances to be made in small batches. Each batch being matured and macerated for specific times during the process ensuring that the fragrance notes are harmoniously blended to bring out the beauty of the blend. Because each batch is small, it produces a limited number of fragrance bottles from that blend. Each bottle is labelled with its unique number ensuring when you purchase a bottle you own part of that limited batch.
Le Studio Parfum is a special place, a refuge where art, science and imagination live. It’s the place that hold the mystique of each UULA creation.
Our Story
We are Tandy and Kyle; the founders of UULA, a mother and son team with a shared passion for fragrances and their role in self-expression. Fragrance is the unspoken communication that we wear intimately.
The journey started when we found ourselves simultaneously questioning our career choices and frustrated at living our lives towards a purpose that wasn’t necessarily aligned with our own.
Tandy is a pharmacist and ensures we manufacture our fragrances with meticulous care in our laboratory, Le Studio Parfum, in Clareville overlooking Refuge Cove on the Northern Beaches.
Kyle is the creative designer. He applies these skills to our fragrances and packaging to showcase the contrasting elements of sophistication and simplicity inherent in the beaches' beauty.
Our new world is filled with new discoveries about ourselves, each other and the world of fragrance. Feeling free to express ourselves through our fragrance collection, confidently and unapologetically has been the most uplifting experience.
