YOUR ORDER

Delivery within Australia is free on all orders.

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once your order has been placed. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at customercare@uula.com.au

Please note that fragrances are classified as dangerous goods, which requires us to ship them via road transport. While we typically deliver orders within 3-5 working days within Australia, please allow up to 10 working days for deliveries to non-metro areas.

Occasionally, there may be delays with our shipping partners that are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We accept payments from major credit card providers like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and others available at the checkout.

We also accept AfterPay.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please email customercare@uula.com.au

A Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory. You may cancel until the time your order has been processed. To cancel, please email us at customercare@uula.com.au

Returns & Refunds

We offer 14-days hassle-free returns from the day you receive your order. 

We want you to shop with complete peace of mind. That's why, with every 50ml purchase, we'll include a 2.5ml sample of your fragrance. We encourage you to embark on a sensory exploration with these samples before you open your 50ml pack. Fall in love with your chosen scent in a risk-free way. If the fragrance doesn't quite capture your heart, just keep the 50ml pack unopened, send it back to us, and we'll gladly arrange an exchange or refund.

The item/s must be in original condition inside their original packaging. Item/s must not have been use, opened or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

UULA offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost where applicable) on items that meet the above conditions.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Please note the following items are excluded from this policy and are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Discovery Collection
  • Travel Collection
  • Single 10ml Atomisers
  • Gift Cards

To start a return, head to our returns portal. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 930, Newport Beach, NSW, 2106

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns will be subject to a $10.00 return fee which will be deducted from the amount refunded to your original payment method. 

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality.

However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at customercare@uula.com.au so we can urgently review the matter for you.

We generally deliver all orders within 3-5 working days within Australia.

There may be the occasional delays with our shipping partners which are out of our control.

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

If you do not receive one, please email customercare@uula.com.au. All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours. We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.

The safety of our customers is our number one priority.

In the extremely rare instance that you've had an allergic reaction to a product, discontinue use of the product immediately, take a photo of the reaction, and reach out to our team at customercare@uula.com.au.

Please ensure to read our full ingredient listing on each product page at the time of purchasing to ensure suitable for your skin. 

(Allergy-related returns must be less than 10% used to qualify for a refund.)
