We want you to shop with complete peace of mind. That's why, with every 50ml purchase, we'll include a discovery collection of 2.5ml UULA fragrances. We encourage you to embark on a sensory exploration with these samples before you open your 50ml pack. Fall in love with your chosen scent in a risk-free way. If the fragrance doesn't quite capture your heart, just keep the 50ml pack unopened, send it back to us, and we'll gladly arrange an exchange or refund.

The item/s must be in original condition inside their original packaging. Item/s must not have been used, opened or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

UULA offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost where applicable) on items that meet the above conditions.

Please note that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality.

We generally deliver all orders within 3-5 working days within Australia.
